I am a co-manager at restaurant in florida, and the owner of the company iI work for tried to make me quit after I told him I didn't believe that he gave an employee that I saw doing drugs on the job a drug test. I was then written up the next week for cussing out another manager which I didn't do. However, I did sign the write up because I couldn't risk losing a weeks pay. How would you handle a situation concerning your husband & another woman that is "just a friend"?

My husband is a great, popular guy that likes to help people. I am his #1 supporter. We have had a great marriage, no doubt to his faithfulness to myself and our family. I have issues, due to my past and my adulterous father, I have grown to be weary of pretty much all females. 7 months ago; I started to feel lonely due to the busy lifestyle, having always spent a lot of time with him during our marriage. He invited me to get involved with the chat communities that he was in and hang out with him while he worked. I did this and found that he had befriended a lot of people; men and women alike. I expressed my feelings about him and other online women and he understood. A month later he did it anyway. She is married, with a family and he thinks that this is safe. He told me of her and I'm not thinking that it's serious because of our discussion. Wrong, 2 months ago I find out that they talk to one another every weekday for about 3 hours on IM and she sends him drawings she calls "gifts". He presses me to become her friend and has invited her to hang out with us on or vac/anniversary trip. I am skeptical of her intentions, because "why does she spend so much time on my husband". He has made statements about missing her and noticing when she isn't on IM because "she is half his daily conversation", but she is “just a friend”. We meet on or trip; she happens to be identical to me, with my demeanor when I was about 25 even though she is my age. Everything that he fell in love with 12 years ago. She hangs out with us all weekend and I see complete adoration in her actions for my husband. She bought him a gift too and “do I mind if she mails it to him”. I mention this to him and he is OK with it but, this was/is unacceptable to me; I tell her she is crossing a line and it makes me feel uncomfortable, she backs down and says forget that she even mentioned it. After she left, I express my concern for her attachment to him and he denied noticing anything. We return from the trip unsettled, I continue normal relations with her as did he. A week later, my husband comes home and mentions a "really weird" video she sent him. I waited all weekend to ask her for the link and she produced it for me to watch. I did, only to see that it was Die Antwoord – Evil Boy, (watch it). Totally appalled, and feeling utterly disrespected, I didn't know what to say. She freaked out thinking that I was mad at her (she was right), (she had guilty conscience, knowing that it was a totally inappropriate video to send to my husband). I handled it gingerly, so as to not embarr my husband, but it didn't sit well. I asked him what they talk about that would make her feel comfortable to send him something like that and he said that it was just a goofy video and defended her. A week ped by and I overheard a conversation between my husband and a few friends from the online community; there were some ual insinuations from the friend and it was the final straw, on top of everything I didn't want any rumors. No matter what I thought about this women, he never listened to me he'd just shake his head and call me crazy. I begged him to end contact. After crying everyday and having him choose the feelings of another woman over my own for 2 months, he decided that he would not be talking to her anymore over IM, "not because he didn't want to, but because I couldn't handle it", my complaining “wasn't worth it”. Under the bus I go, right. Later that evening, the two of them happen to be on another chat site that I am on as well and she posts a link to a song; songs that he always listens to (except this time he didn't), I did though; Radiohead: Fake Plastic Trees, listen to it, you'll understand. I recognize her message and let her know and she denies it of course, because "Why would she do that"? One thing leads to another and my husband reluctantly promises to never talk to her again. I don't like being this way, I want him to help people and be happy, but not at the expense of my sanity. He can help people without creating any issues at home. He chose to let me suffer, so that he could keep her happy for months; truly suffer. He's sad now, because "he **** on her", but there is no remorse for what he did to me. I honestly don't know how to get my feelings for him back to the way they used to be, I feel cheated, hollow & crushed. Like I don't have the place next to him anymore; like I am easily replaced. Even though he says that he could not live without me and she was just a friend. I feel like he resents me for separating them. He has NO idea what damage he has done to me, all the fears that I have worked so hard to get rid of from my childhood are right back and agonizing. I need advice, PLEASE; Did I do the right thing? How do I get through this?

Having spilled hair dye on everything from carpet to bath towels to the vanity, the only way I know to remove it is to get hair dye remover from the beauty supply store. They sell about 4 different types and the salons use it to remove dye from their towels and capes effectively. I like the one by Sally Hansen because it is in a handy applicator bottle and less than 5 bucks. You soak the area, let it set into the fiber, agitate with a brush, blot, rinse and blot. You have to use a rag that you don't mind having the hair dye transfer into it because that is essentially what happens and the stain will be on your rag.

Why doesnt my Bazooka subwoofer work 100% of the time?

I have a brand new Kenwood aftermarket stereo. While my tuner(local radio) is on the subwoofer works 100% of the time. But when the CD player or my Sirius radio is on, the subwoofer only comes on when the volume is above 17 or so. When my volume is above 17 or so my sub sounds great but as soon as you turn the stereo down the sub turns off....I know this isnt how its supposed to work!!! But no matter who I ask everyone has the same freaking answer...."hhhmmmm, thats strange, I dont know"....and I do not want to take it to a pro so they can charge me $65 to just hook up wire...PLEASE HELP!!!

PS3 Backwards Compatibility?

Go for the 60. The 60 has a seperate chip "emotion chip" that makes the system fully compatitable with every PS2 title. With the 80gb model it uses software to emulate the ps2 title that you would play. Emulation does the job but it can be a little buggy at times from what I notice with my friends PS3. I don't have the same issues with my PS3 (60gb). Also not every older title is supported on the 80 model. My system is even since I replaced the orginal 60gb harddrive with a 250gb one.

in robbing uncle sam, cj n ryder go to the national guards. Cj has to use the forklift to load 6 boxes into a truck. The thing is the modified/new forklift's arm does not go low enough to lift the boxes. In the cesar mission cj receives a car fitted with hydraulics n has to go to unity train station to enter a hopping or w/e competition. when I arrive there I do not see a red marker. How to stop a rat from chomping on her stitches?

I am here to help! My rat just had surgury, and our vet told us how to do this. Take a dixi cup and cut out the bottom. Take the wide part (the part that was open from the begining) and cut slits to be able to weave a string in and out arround that end of the cup. Then put that arround her neck and tie it loosly enough that she wont slip or of it. Then make sure the other end is JUST a little past her nose. It is just like the funnels that they make for dogs. Hi, my father is totally dependent on me. He can't walk anymore on his own. I live far out in the country and don't have anyone nearby to help. I usually can stand him up with my help and hoist him up either onto my back and carry him piggyback style witch is real easy. I tried to cradle carry him around but it can get rather difficult after a while. I can also carry him in a frontal piggyback carry for a good while while transporting him out of bed and around the house. He only weighs 142 lbs and is rather light. Is their any easier way.? It could be in this sense that the GOP is aiding in making him look like a liar. The point is regardless of wether he should have made gratuitous statements/promises in the first place, how can you say Obama was lying when things change after he made a statement that he has no control over?

That is, do you really notice the lack of ISO100 in terms of picture quality when doing macro photography? Does the built in flash cause unusual camera shake and effect sharpness of the pictures? How good is the image quality at higher ISO speeds like 3200? Would it be better to go to the Alpha 850? Is there a Canon or Nikon you would recommend instead of the Sony? I want at least 14 MP, excellent picture and color quality ease of use, fast continuous shooting speed.

It is as easy as it seems, but my bf will soon (in less than a month) move 3 hrs. away from where I am and it would be temporarily impossible for him to travel and see me because he will have a foot surgery and needs to heal and it would take 3 weeks or even months. I've been having alot of trouble with this game(xbox 360 version)! So here's the story.. It was working fine and than we bought the new "slim" xbox 360 and transferred ALL of the data from the old one to the new one. and now whenever I try to play M Effect 2 it won't let me. An error pops up that says "We can not load your game because you do not have the download-able content installed Firewalk Pack, Zaeed Mani, Normandy Crash Site" BUT I DID redownload them with a DIFFERENT profile(bcuz the one I want to play on does not have live). and than it worked, BUT only for that one profile I downloaded with, and even than you must be signed into xbox live. so how do I get M Effect 2 to let me play again on my non xbox live profile? Worst nightmare ever?

So i live in Sarasota, and in this dream my high school Sarasota High School, was blocked off by the U.S. military. There was barbed wire around the whole school, and personnel were gaurding the entire perimeter and there were helicopters flying over head. i was in charge of a team of special forces and our job i was told was to drop into one of the ten wings (a rather large building which in real life is about 100ft. wide by 400 ft long) and explore what was happening. So my team and i were dropped down at one of the buildings entrances and we entered the building. all seemed normal, until we found a cave in the middle of the main hallway that was at first dark and we had to use flash lights to see. but and we ventured deeper (id say 50 paces or so) the cave ended its 45 degree decline and was completely horizontal. then it branched off in various different directions and at this point all my equipment ceased to work (i had no connection on my walkie talkie, i had no readings on my radar, every instrument was completely scrambled) and i lost my team. but i ventured further down with my gun fully loaded and trigger happy due to my terrified state. not long after i lost my team i began to hear noises, and the cave path that i chose turned a corner and i could see very odd and disturbing shadows and strange noises mixed with moans. as i turned the corner i saw a terrifying sight, these demonic like beings no bigger than 3 feet were torturing several people. so i ran for some reason deeper and i began to see more and more gruesome sights and stranger creature, finally the sight that made me turn back i saw several women all naked and bloody with their bottoms halves sewed on backwards and they reached out to ask me for help. and at this point i grabbed my radio and began streaming "oh my god oh my god oh my god, these women were sewed in half!" miraculously i got a response and the operator was a woman's voice who seemed perplexed and said "come again soldier?" but then so i repeated "these women were cut in half and sewed back on!" but i lost connection. then the creatures turned their attention towards me, so i began shooting and mutilating all the creatures i could find in a rage, i was crying scared and angry all at the same time. then i looked behind me and i saw the shadows of a multitude of creatures running toward my direction, so i ran and ran and ran trying to find my way out, shooting creatures and screaming into an impotent radio all the while, finally i found the main cave and made it outside of the building, and then was retrieved by a ground team that was dispatched to patrol the campus. i was taken to base where i saw my team. i was furious with them and questioned why they left, they replied "our instruments stopped working so we left". i then told them what i saw in brief.

Hi, My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 17 months. He has been on clomid for 10 of those months to increase count and motility and there has been an improvement. I have had my hormone and thyroid work up and the results were excellent. On six day of last period I had an ultrasound and HSG and again, results were great. We are trying to have our work done with our Urologist and Obgyn, because our insurance doesn't cover infertility:( My period is very regular-29 days. So when all of a sudden this lonely coworker decided that she was going to target this "nice guy", his niceness started to respond by saying "well maybe her intentions are innocent", however I agree with you on the fact that he should ignore his curiosity and place his focus more on you. His explanations probably did not make sense because he was "caught" having that curiosity. The problem is when we have curiosity such as this situation, it tends to turn out emotional and we end up making the wrong decision. Welcome to lust. He probably still has insecurities that existed before you even came around since he was cheated on and is working them out by involving into his lifestyle. I'm 14 years old, high function autistic. I'm not quite sure what of what I want to be when I grow up. I had this job that one day my boss decided she just didn't like me anymore. A few weeks earlier she had written a glowing description of me in the newsletter, and then suddenly she hated me and decided to make my life hell. (I am not the first person there she's turned on). Can anyone suggest some ways to make an arthritic dog more comfortable?

First of all, I would get a 2nd opinion from another vet. I guess I would rather have a comfortable dog for less years, than a miserable dog for a long time. I have had dogs with arthritis and used heat on their hips. They LOVED it! A heated dog bed would be ideal. Other wise you could apply a heating pad at times, but you would have to be careful to keep the heat low and stay with the dog while applying it. The heated dog bed or dog bed/pad would be the best. Also there are beds that are off the ground and better for hips(no pressure) ex: Kuranda dog beds Good luck to you and your boy!

I have a friend who is the mom of my toddler's friend. She is not married and is separated from her daughter's dad, but is dating. We occasionally have playdates together. Whenever we get-together, if my husband is around, she only chats with my husband, mostly about plants, which my husband loves to give advice on. But I am often left wondering, does she have any interest in me or does she come over just to hang out with my husband? To make matters worse, firstly my friend is very pretty, and secondly, my husband seems to pay a lot of attention to her, and seems to really enjoy all her gardening questions. When we are all together, I often attend to the kids' needs, and they carry on an adult conversation as if the kids and I weren't even in the background! I am not a jealous or possessive kind of woman, but it does bother me to feel left out from these conversations, especially when I am left to wonder not only if my husband is attracted to my beautiful friend (who almost always wears revealing clothes when she visits even when the weather is cold) but also if my friend feels flattered by all the attention she receives from my husband. Especially because she hasn't settled down with a guy, I feel that perhaps she has a need to feel like she is desirable, but if she seeks that affirmation from my husband, it is not fair to me. Now, I have refered to her as my friend, but we are not really close. We only get together so the children can play together - they have known each other since they were born. For that reason, I always agree to meet with her when she suggests it. I always tell myself to rise above these emotions I get after most playdates when I am left feeling like this, and when I talk to my husband, he tells me I am overreacting over nothing. And he blames me for even inviting her over, if that's how I feel about her. However, I feel that it should not be my fault to agree to these playdates. It is my husband who should act sensitively and not pay so much attention to another woman in my presence, and especially since she is so pretty. I don't share his pion for gardening, but am I wrong to feel hurt by these events? Is not agreeing to have her over really the only solution to this?

Can a 00' civic ex run w/o a tps sensor?

Not to long ago 2 screws broke from my top driver side motor mount, I got it re-threaded and replaced (the broken screws that went to the engine). Now my car does not idle properly on neutral and when the car is put in gear it will not go over 3500 or 4000 rpm. The car feels like it has no power. I replaced the map sensor thinking that was the problem but no change. Could it be the tps sensor?? If so could I run the car w/o that sensor being connected?? thanks

How do I stop my cat from guarding the litter box?

I have three cats. Two are female and have lived together for at least 15 years now. They are, of course, old. The third is probably almost four years old, and a male. All are fixed. The male cat gets along with the oldest of the two females, but fights incessantly with the other, following and antagonizing her. And now, she won't go into the litter box area all the time anymore. She still uses it when he isn't around it, but he likes to stay in the area and won't let her go. So she pees all over the house. I'm at my wits end, as I cannot afford to take her to the vet right now, and this only started about a month after the male cat came to live here. Any suggestions? Could it be physical, or could it be jealousy, and is there any way for me to stop it without getting rid of a cat?

The time leading up to that great day can be seen, I believe as negligible, due to that time span being comparatively speaking like a grain of sand on the beach when compared with the vastness of Eternity. Going back to your question though, some denominations may say Lazarus went to Hell, where I would add only for a very short time though when compared with Eternity, then would virtually be sure of Eternal Heaven on the Day of Judgement. Some denominations may say Lazarus went to Heaven first before his resurrection, I would add again for a very short time as compared to Eternal Heaven on the Day of Judgement. Other denominations may say he neither went to heaven or hell before his resurrection, again though my belief is this state of waiting would be for a very short time again when compared to the Eternity of Heaven.

2008 Kawasaki Mean Streak or something else?

I've only been riding for 2 months, started on a 93 GSX600F Katana thats been tuned to about 100 hp (awesome first bike). Due to the riding I do, which is mostly highway (usually a 6 hr ride every few weeks from western KY to Cincinnati), the ergonomics of a sportbike are too uncomfortable for that type or riding. Also, I am truly uninterested in dragging my knees through turns, as the roads of KY are horribly maintained, and being in the country, there is plenty of gravel washed into the roads, as well as free roaming dogs. Finally, to my question: I have decided to get my hands on a cruiser. I want something around or above 1000cc's, as I am used to "serious" power, but not looking for something ungodly heavy (under 700 lbs). Handling is a must, as well, as we all know we need to avoid things a little quicker than we'd hope. I'm looking between the Honda VTX1300C or the Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Mean Streak. I rarely ride around town, usually the bike is just used for long distance trips to save on fuel compared to my truck. If anyone has any other recommendations, I am partial to bikes with the short "custom" style fenders, and no "duck tail" on the rear fender. Detailed explanations are appreciated.

Why do the corals in my tank grow so much?

It's not bad that they're growing, if anything it is good. As long as your corals are okay with low lighting there is nothing wrong with not having metal halide, you just wouldn't be able to have very sensitive corals, they would probably die when you first got them. If everything looks healthy and is growing you don't have any problems.

I am 16 years old, 5.5 and weigh 115 pounds.. I have had issues with my side, my skin, and my ears my entire?

My skin has a rash on it that is red small bumps. It is extremely itchy. It is on m, arms, face, and inner thighs. I also have dry scalp with lots of flakes. When I was born 3 weeks early, it was said that my hips were underdeveloped. Whenever I walk to long, or run I get a sharp pain in my sides. My eyes have had 4 surgeries to correct lazy eye. I have astigmatism, as well as a condition where my cornea is coming to a point. Now for the biggest and most annoying issue. I have had multiple ear infections in both ears, as well as have had tubes surgically placed into both ears and taken out, (HA HA). Since that, and currently I have had serious ear infections. I am also now light and sound sensitive. I have also been getting headaches on the back of my head. Let me ure you that I have been to doctors various times to no relief. The one I went to yesterday told my mom, right in front of me that I was making it all up. I need tips, websites, and advice.
