Does the Eagle Scout Award significantly help with Ivy ambitions?

My goal it to attend Dartmouth or Upenn-Wharton. I have a 4.3 but bombed the SATs (620 CR, 650 W, 800 M- 2070 Overall). I have some leadership such as CC captain and am president of a political action club at school. However, I am going for my Eagle Board of review in a couple of weeks and was wondering the significance of it in regards to the Ivys. Will having my Eagle Scout award significantly affect my chances, or is it more or less just another standard, relitively useless award?
