How to i find out once and for all if i have the skills to become a working actress?

i am 20 and between unforeseen curstances and lack of money i haven't been able to persue my dreams of becoming a working actress. i would love to get an audition with a professional casting director so that they could tell me whether i have the skill or even the potential to become an actress. if im not talented i will deal with that and i can try let go of my dream. i want to be able to look back and say i gave it a shot i tried my best. i think maybe i could have the skills but if im fooling myself i would rather know. are there any auditions with professional casting directors coming up in ireland or the uk?
