Has anyone ever tired to shoot Bigfoot or Sasquatch?

Nice one Bill. Haha. I myself am an 'airsofting kid' and still find it hilarious. Although I am in the Army so I'm not just a little brat with a pellet gun. And to the question, I have seen Bigfoot in southern Oklahoma when I was about 13. He threw a rock at me and my friend, we were on a fishing trip. I would not doubt that people have killed one of these creatures and were bought off by some sort of organization that is trying to preserve the life of these creatures by keeping hunters away from knowing that they exist. If people knew they were real, hunters and poachers all around the world would be rampaging the Oklahoma mountain regions trying to get one for themselves.
