What are full service oil changes?
Quick lube places are like that - it is how they get a lot of income - but the level of training is abominable. I don't use quick lube shops but if I did I would never trust them to maintain my car. In particular, I disagree with the nearly universal practice of topping up brake fluid. My philosophy is that if brake fluid is low it means something - usually just that the brake pads are worn and should be checked, but there could be a leak. In either case topping up the fluid hides the need for brake inspection, which can get expensive in a hurry.
