The Angel of the South - 50 metre high white horse?

to be erected alongside the M1 - that sounds like a good idea, a whole bunch of drivers all taking their eyes off the road at the same time. Why I mention this is because its on the cards that drivers will soon be banned from smoking behind the wheel due to momentary inattention whilst lighting fag, flicking ash from fag etc. What's going on I wonder?
