MY bf wont french kiss me damnit !?

my bf and i been together for about a month now and he is real touchy and all over like he should be but he gives me weak pecks on the lips i never start the weak pecks he does but then he stops i sometime thinks he is nervous but im not sure i mean when were not with each other he is on the phone like i wanna kiss u so bad right now ..but when were together he does but its like ..thats weak? and then he cuddles ..could it be he isnt into French kissing? one day he brought it up and was like he is not big on French kissing outta no where? and in high school some girl french kissed him and it was horrible ..i thought it sounded like bull shyte but i acted like i believed it i think he is scared to do it and doesn't know how and has never did it before ? i am a fab kisser and people always tell me i have great lips he says that all the time but then his kisses r safe! basically ..wat should i do ? or is it just not his thing?
