Dog died coming around from anasthetic at only 5 months old !!!?

Sorry you lost your dog. The only way you'll find out what caused the death would be to have an autopsy/necropsy done. That will give you your answer and give you peace of mind. After that's done, you can possibly take legal action, depending on what the necropsy shows. Did they do blood work and other tests before the surgery?
