Mentally unstable ex boyfriend?

I live in georgia and my ex lives in washington state. I filed a restraining order because of emotional and verbal abuse. He curses at me one day, he sends texts messages that belittle me and they are really profane. The next day he will apologize and he'll promise to never do it again. We have a son together, but he owes $4k in back owed child support and over $1k in uninsured medical expenses. The judge signed the restraining order because he said that my ex was stalking me. I changed my phone number and he tried to contact me through facebook. I blocked him from contacting me on facebook, but I can't figure out how to block him through gmail. He contacted me through gmail today apologizing again....and asking for another chance. I was told that this is the normal pattern for abusers, he's trying to lure me back to him. I am looking for another state to relocate and start over. I am also pressing charges because he went into my wallet and wrote down my debit card numbers and exp dates. There are numerous fraud transactions on my debit cards in three different states. The police almost have enough evidence to convict him for credit card fraud. The credit card fraud happened after I finally changed my phone number and blocked him through facebook. He said that he would never let me go and that he could find anyone anywhere. I am scared that if I move he will find me, because the police said he probably won't serve that much time in jail. Can anyone please help me with my situation? I know there are a lot of other people who are going through the same abuse. HELP!!!!!
