Obama Inaugural Celebration Concert Help ASAP?

I'm from Baltimore Co. and I really want to brave the cold and attend this concert on the 18th but I was wondering what's the best way to get there? I've only been to D.C. 3 or 4 times and it's been a while so I'm not sure. It's at the Lincoln Memorial. I tried searching on the web but nothing much came up. As well should I drive or take public transportation? A big thanks to anyone who answers!!
