Cramping Cycle Day 20?

Hi, My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 17 months. He has been on clomid for 10 of those months to increase count and motility and there has been an improvement. I have had my hormone and thyroid work up and the results were excellent. On six day of last period I had an ultrasound and HSG and again, results were great. We are trying to have our work done with our Urologist and Obgyn, because our insurance doesn't cover infertility:( My period is very regular-29 days. I have been experiencing significant cramping since implantation and am due for my period in six days. Could this mean pregnancy???? I can't take the suspense and I'm tired of having a meltdown everytime I get my period. ((I don't know what some of the abbreviations mean-so please break it down for me;) )))) THANKS
