When you were a Teenager ?

It was all Mods and Rockers then so when asked I'd say beatnik (the hippy dropout thing hadn't yet begun) which usually earned me a punch, so for a while I was in a group of one. Gradually we became a small group though and naively and arrogantly I felt a little superior, if that's the right word, we were free of that macho posing which even then I thought unattractive in awkward teenage boys.
