I cut my with my fingernail! HELP! ADVICE! Please.?

Ok so I was trying to take some smegma off of the head of my with my fingernail and I pressed down with my nail pretty hard and I ripped the skin of my open, like my foreskin/ glans head area. It's not too big, it's like a millimeter in length and it was bleeding too much. Am I gonna need any treatment or is this gonna heal all by itself. Is there any risk that this could get infected. I put neosporin on the cut, was that a good idea. Somebody help please, this is kinda freaking me out and I feel like such an idiot.
